In one of His first "I AM" claims, Jesus shows us that eternal life comes only to those who eat the bread of life. Jesus is that bread and He offers Himself to all those who are hungry. He is also the only bread that can bring life. Jesus never forces us to follow Him, so we have to receive that bread He offers in order to have life here on earth and for eternity! This is what it looks like to know Jesus as "The Bread of Life"!
