Psalm 86:8-13
Luke Hensley
Psalm 86 is a prayer that King David prayed when he was in trouble. After asking for God’s protection at the beginning of the psalm (v. 2), David later tells us what kind of trouble he was in. This psalm reminds us of our greatest need as well as our greatest source of hope—the grace of God. We talk about God’s grace all the time, and rightly so. It is the basis for every blessing we have in Christ, including our salvation. When we understand and receive God's grace, it gives us a great desire to praise Him and declare His glory! Dive into Psalm 86:8-13 as we see how to respond and reflect God's glory because of His grace.
