Who's in Charge? | Mark 12:13-17

Pride and power...the two things that cannot only bring down regimes, but also civilization. From the very beginning, Satan's pride got him kicked of heaven and led mankind into its most helpless state. We still struggle with pride and wanting to be in control. It was no different in Jesus's day. In this week's passage, He is still being bombarded by a sect of jewish religious leaders that are trying to pin Him down and take His life. However, once again, Jesus leaves them stumped, but also amazed. It's not hard to worship God for who He is when we finally realize "Who's in Charge"!
